Personal data policy

SocialHub · Updated 12 October 2026

Data used

SocialHub uses account information and Telegram sign-in data, the selected profile and its photo, participation, application and event information, messages and materials you send, visibility and notification settings, and technical session data. You provide some information yourself; other information is received when you sign in and use the service.

Why it is used

Data enables sign-in, profile display, communities and events, communication, notifications and access protection. Do not enter passwords, sign-in codes, payment details or sensitive personal information in profiles or messages.

Who can see it

Profiles are displayed according to visibility settings and access permissions. Messages are visible to their recipients or section audience; public links may expand that audience. Authorised administrators may see applications and participation information. Profile settings do not undo published materials or copies held by recipients.

External services and browser storage

SocialHub uses Telegram for sign-in and available notifications, a session cookie and browser storage for certain preferences. Yandex Metrica is used for visit analytics. Identifiers and technical information may be personal data. Deleting cookies may end your session; clearing browser storage may reset preferences.

Changes and deletion

You can edit available information and visibility in profile and place settings. Deleting a profile, signing out and ending participation are different actions: they do not automatically delete all messages, technical records or backups. For data access, correction, deletion or consent withdrawal, contact the SocialHub team and identify the relevant account. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
